I have updated the gallery even more! Today I’ve re-organized the photoshoot-section and added about 150 new pictures to it, as well as replaced many of the old ones with HQs. Unfortunately some of the photos have a tag on them, but it’s better than nothing, right? :) Also, the photos from Marie Claire’s May issue this year have been released, and added to the gallery. A big thank you goes out to Impacto, Maria, Mycah and Riikka for their contributions.

I’ve also come to the conclusion to make the photoshoot section available for registered users only. This wouldn’t cause that much trouble, though, since it just takes about 20 seconds to register at the gallery. Enjoy all the new photos!

If you have any photos at all with Salma that you don’t think I have – scans, photoshoots, movie-related or other – feel free to send them to webmaster@salmahayekweb.com. Full credit will be given. Thank you.

Today I’ve changed the design at the gallery to a new one (featuring a stunning photo from Vogue Español in 2003), as well as re-organized it a bit. All to make it easier for you to find the photos you’re looking for. ;) I’ve also added screencaptures from three talk show-appearances Salma did in 2006. I’m also happy to say that we now have over 20,000 photos in the gallery! I really hope you’ll enjoy the changes. Don’t forget to leave a comment. Thanks.

I’m so sorry for not updating Salma Hayek Web for some time, but since Salma is home and spending time with baby Valentina & the rest of her family, there isn’t much to new things going on. I have updated the gallery with a bunch of new photos, though! Over 500 HQs from events Salma attended in 2006 & 2007 have been added. Some albums are just updated/replaced with HQs, but I’ve added one or two new events as well. Go to the gallery to see all the new photos!

You might also be interested in knowing that I’m currently working backstage on a revamp of the site. When I launch the new version it will come with a new look and much more information on both Salma and her past & up-coming projects. Stay tuned!

On october 9, The Hollywood Reporter and Billboard announced and honored the 25 most powerful Hispanic women in the entertainment industry at the first annual “Hispanic Women in Entertainment” breakfast, held this morning at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Attendees included the “The 25 Most Powerful” as well as executives, celebrities and influencers from across the entertainment industry.

At the event, Susan Whiting, Executive Vice President, The Nielsen Company and Chairman, Nielsen Media Research, delivered opening remarks, and Emmy Award winner America Ferrera, the star of ABC’s “Ugly Betty,” received the inaugural “The Hollywood Reporter and Billboard Hispanic Woman of the Year Award” and delivered the keynote address. Ferrera was selected to receive the award by the senior executives and editors at The Hollywood Reporter and Billboard for the work she has done to break down the barriers that Hispanic women face in the entertainment industry.

“America and all of the women honored here today exemplify intelligence, courage, talent and tenacity,” said John Kilcullen, publisher of Billboard and The Hollywood Reporter. “Although narrowing the list down to 25 was an arduous process, each of these women is a shining example of what it takes to be successful in this business, and we are delighted to recognize them.”

The top 10 of the 25 Most Powerful Hispanic Women, listed in order by rank, are:
