I’ve finally uploaded 215 photos from the 2008 Crystal + Lucy Awards, “A Black And White Gala”, which was held on June 17th in Beverly Hills. Salma Hayek looked absolutely fantastic as she walked down the red carpet, and later, got honored at the event. Below are a few tidbits from the event.

“I’m 41 now, and I have to say, it is the best time in my life.” That prompted Jada Pinkett Smith – who was also being recognized, along with her costars from the upcoming chick flick, The Women – to shout out, “You look good!”

“I have learned to enjoy time to be a woman. I have learned to enjoy how to do the most that I can with what I have,” the Ugly Betty producer explained. “It is a good thing to be a 41-year-old Latina woman in America.”

She also gave a shout out to fellow Latina Eva Mendes (another star of The Women), who responded with a loud, “I love you, Salma!”

Yesterday, Salma was photographed at the annual Chopard Trophy Presentation during the Cannes Film Festival. Salma looked absolutely ravishing both at the premiere of “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” and the Partouche Charity Poker Festival as well. If we’re lucky, she’ll attend another event in Cannes whilst she’s there.

Earlier today, Salma attended another event at the annual film festival in Cannes, France, namely the world premiere of “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull”! • 2008 Cannes Film Festival – “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull”

Salma has been spotted at several events at the Cannes Film Festival in France! She attended the Partouche Charity Poker Festival (joined by celebrities such as Woody Harrelson, Edward Norton, Goldie Hawn and Adrien Brody) and stopped by the “Le Grand Journal” TV show as well. She was looking beautiful in a long, dark blue dress at both events. If we’re lucky, she’ll attend the annual amfAR Cinema Against Aids gala on May 22, while in town.
