As some of you might know, Salma’s upcoming movie Lonely Hearts will premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival. They are also the first ones to release a trailer for the film! Thanks to Salma Hayek Online, we can provide you with the very interesting trailer which comes as a flash-file with a flash player attached to it. However, you don’t need to install the player, just unzip the files and then open the program. Download the trailer by clicking HERE.
Below is some of the Tribeca Film Festival’s description of the movie:
“In a story that could be called uglier than Bonnie and Clyde, America’s notorious “Lonely Hearts Killers” Martha Beck (Salma Hayek) and Ray Fernandez (Jared Leto) committed as many as 20 murders during the late 1940′s. With Martha posing as Ray’s sister, the lovers would respond to personal ads of war widows and spinsters. Showering the lonely women with attention, Ray would gain their confidence and then the pair would swindle them out of their savings, often killing them when their game was over. But when two New York detectives Elmer C. Robinson (John Travolta) and Charles Hildebrandt (James Gandolfini) from the Nassau County Police Department begin investigating one of the murders, the case gets personal.”
